About the Role
As an R&D Electro-Mechanical Engineer, you will be involved in designing, prototyping, and testing advanced electro-mechanical systems. You will work on the integration of mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance, durability, and reliability. The role also involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet both functional and regulatory requirements, while also contributing to the innovation of new technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Design and develop electro-mechanical systems, integrating mechanical and electrical components into functional systems.
- Prototyping: Build prototypes of electro-mechanical systems, conduct testing, and iterate on designs based on results.
- System Integration: Ensure proper integration of electrical, mechanical, and control systems to deliver high-performance solutions.
- Testing & Validation: Perform extensive testing of systems to validate design and performance, ensuring products meet specifications and regulatory standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to ensure the design and integration of systems meet the project’s requirements.
- Documentation: Create detailed design documentation, including schematics, specifications, and test reports.
- Research: Investigate and research emerging technologies to drive innovation in electro-mechanical engineering.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in electro-mechanical engineering, including both electrical and mechanical design and integration.
- Strong understanding of electromechanical components, such as motors, actuators, sensors, and control systems.
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and electrical design tools.
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in French and English.
- Work permit in France is mandatory.
