UpGradelle CS is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team on a freelance basis in Bahrain. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging with clients, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to expand our client base and improve our market presence. You will work closely with senior management to create and execute strategies that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching, networking, and leveraging various outreach methods.
- Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and position solutions effectively.
- Negotiation & Closing: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to negotiation and closing, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
- Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, providing insights and updates to senior leadership.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of business development principles and strategies.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a passion for driving growth.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
