Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Interpretation: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support client objectives.

• Data Collection & Integration: Work with clients to gather and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
• Consulting & Recommendations: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients based on data analysis, helping them improve business processes and achieve key goals.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and tailor data solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics and provide ongoing support to ensure that data-driven strategies are being implemented effectively.
• Market & Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends in data analytics and business intelligence tools to ensure you’re providing cutting-edge solutions to clients.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, engineering, and operations, to implement data-driven solutions and strategies.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience in data analysis, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with data integration, cleansing, and visualization.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Work permit in Germany is mandatory.
