As part of our expansion into Japan, UpGradelle CS is looking for a Senior Systems Architect Consultant to join our team in Atsugi. About the Role
As a Senior Systems Architect Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, and implementation of complex systems for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the systems we design are optimized for scalability, performance, and seamless integration with existing enterprise systems. This role requires not only strong technical expertise but also the ability to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- System Architecture Design & Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of systems that meet client requirements, ensuring integration with existing infrastructure and scalability.

- Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, IT, business analysts, and other teams to successfully deploy and integrate systems.

- Stakeholder Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IT leaders, project managers, and business executives, to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Develop long-term strategies for systems design and optimization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging industry trends.
- Market & Industry Insights: Stay current with developments in systems architecture and emerging technologies to ensure solutions remain competitive and innovative.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in systems architecture, with a focus on complex, scalable solutions.
- Expertise in system design, integration, and optimization across various enterprise technologies.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, data management, and enterprise systems integration.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English is mandatory.
- A valid work permit in Japan is required.
