About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead and manage partnerships with key industry stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to build long-term relationships with global leaders, research institutions, and technology providers to drive collaborative projects and business growth. The role will involve identifying new business opportunities, negotiating complex agreements, and ensuring the successful implementation of joint ventures and strategic collaborations.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and build strategic partnerships with industry leaders, technology providers, and research institutions across the GCC region.
- Business Expansion & Opportunity Identification: Develop and execute strategies to identify new business opportunities, including joint ventures and technology collaborations.
- Negotiations & Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations and manage the terms of partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, R&D, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment of partnership strategies with business goals.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, operations managers, and external partners.
- Market Insights & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technological innovations to position UpGradelle as a leader in the sector.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor the success of strategic partnerships, track performance metrics, and report on progress to senior leadership.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic partnership management, business development, or similar roles within high-tech industries such as engineering, automation, or digital transformation.
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage complex partnerships and joint ventures.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, digital twins, and automation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and drive innovative partnerships.
- Arabic proficiency is a plus; English fluency is required.
