WHAT WE DO

Our change management solutions are always delivered as part of the digital and green industry transformation solutions we design for our clients. These solutions are based on our extensive field experience in managing complex transformations in a multi-disciplinary environment.

STEP 1

Change Impact, readiness and plan

Every change comes from a vision and a transformation strategy that has been developed beforehand.

Taking this as our starting point, our first task is to assess the complexity, depth, and readiness of your teams with respect to the change to be implemented through the transformation.

Once the gap and impact have been identified, we proceed with the plan to follow to define the different roles of the change agents and the strategy to engage each stakeholder at different levels (executive, middle management, operational, etc.).

Since at this stage we begin to gain insight into the level of resistance to change and which members are showing it and why, we then proceed to design different strategies to work with such resistance.

STEP 3

Upskilling and reskilling curriculum and plan

This step, which runs in parallel with Step 2, is crucial, as it’s here that our experts will design the training and coaching programs needed to upskill and reskill your teams.

Optionally, we help our clients redefine some of the positions that may be affected by this upskilling process.

In this step, we will focus on deploying the various change management solutions and monitoring the progress for 3 iterations during the implementation phase of your transformation project.

We will conduct coaching sessions (group and/or one-on-one) and training workshops to help your team accelerate their learning and start feeling confident about the change resulting from the transformation instead of fearing it.
